HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY

Ohhh how I love Happy Hour and the bliss it brings to my belly, pocket and silliness;)
Technically, Happy Hour is illegal here in GA.  This is both good and bad.
Bad new first.
Less Happy Hour options.
The good news is that GA is a state that does not allow for restaurants to allot specific times for drink specials.  So, that means that if a place has a drink special, then you can have that price ALL DAY LONG.  So if you look hard, you will find.  However, they CAN offer time specific food discounts.

My favorite Happy Hours right now are:
Wednesday:
Hop City
Does beer tastings every Wednesday at rotating locations. Usually 5-7pm. Sometimes Octane or 5 Seasons Brewery on Marrietta st.  The best part is that its free!!! Plus any time you go there it IS Happy Hour!! Hop City is Atlanta's first retail outlet to specialize in craft beer, with over 1,000 brands of beer and 620 wines.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and endearing.  Craig and Chris rock!
MMMM Beer.  If you go, tell them Jazmin sent you.  They will be EXTRA nice to you, lol.  Oh and did I mention that they have a beer chiller and they do mixed packs;)

Pozole
Wednesdays @ Pozole are so much fun, but get there early or there will be a wait.
Why??? Cuz' it's 2-3 night.  $2 tacos and $3 award winning margaritas with crushed ice.  MMMMMMM mmmmMMMM.  Great vibe, great food and Action Jackson behind the bar!!! They do other drink specials during the week too.

Also @ Urban Flats, they do "Wine Down Wednesdays"
It's $20 for all you can drink wine from 5-8pm.  Now, I don't know how they do the time thing since it is illegal.  So, I would just drink as much of their mediocre wine as you can in 3 hours, lol  They also provide a free buffet, which isn't bad. Last time I went they had salad, fruit, artisan flat breads and cheese.  Maybe they consider the $20 a fee for the food and then the wine is complimentary for 3 hours.  That makes sense.
